Complaints Handling Policy
We are committed to providing our clients with a high quality service and client care at all times. However, if at any point, you become unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided to you as our client then you should inform us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the problem.
In the first instance, you may contact the person handling your case to verbally discuss your concerns and we shall do our best to promptly investigate your complaint with the aim of resolving any issues at this stage.
